As sustainability, innovation, supply‑chain dynamics, and global shifts continue to influence all sectors, strategic long‑term thinking and planning is ever more critical. The collective experience and dedication within our membership and the wider aerosol industry are our greatest strengths. In our upcoming Future of Aerosols: Futures & Foresight workshop, we want to harness this expertise to examine, prepare for, and influence future industry developments and equip ourselves with strategic actions we can carry forward.
Be part of this important conversation
The workshop format is different from many others. Facilitated by BAMA’s long-term partner, The Retail Institute, the session will adopt a learning methodology that unlocks deep thinking, encourages meaningful dialogue, helps us proactively plan, and essentially, puts your expertise and perspectives at the heart of the conversation.
Together, we will:
• Examine multiple plausible future scenarios for the aerosol industry
• Identify sector‑wide risks and opportunities before they emerge
• Define strategic actions that can be driven forward at both the organisational level and across the association.
Head of the Retail Institute, Olga Munroe, says: “We look forward to welcoming BAMA members to this valuable workshop. In this highly interactive session, we look to work with industry experts on shaping the future of the aerosol industry, where we identify areas for future action. Using the systematic, academic approach of Futures & Foresight, we seek to examine systemic challenges through a 10-year lens, analyse emergent risks and opportunities, and apply creative thinking to project your preferable future for the industry.”
Taking part in the workshop will allow you to:
• Have your say in the future of the aerosol industry
• Make an impact on future industry wide initiatives
• Offer your input into future training and resources content
• Gain practical strategic thinking tools to use in your organisation and to support your professional development
• Form new connections.
We hope you’ll join us in working together to help continue to build a resilient and innovative industry for the years ahead.
The event will be held from 10 – 4pm on Thursday 16th April at the Royal Armories in Leeds. To book your place on the workshop, please visit: https://bama.co.uk/event/FoAworkshop
