BAMA's Articles of Association define our purpose and operation. They set the criteria for eligibility and procedure for termination of membership, as well as setting the basic governance structure and frequency of meetings.

Any changes to the Article of Association must be agreed by the Board of Directors, and then presented as a Special Resolution at a General Meeting for approval by BAMA Members.
