Full details of the responsibilities of the BAMA Board of Directors can be found in the Articles of Association.

The Board is made up of a maximum of 13 members. Elections to the Board take place every year at the Annual General Meeting (AGM) with the longest serving member being obliged to step down.

The Board will elect a Chair, Vice-Chair and Treasurer from its number. The Chief Executive of the Association will act as Secretary to the Board but is not a director of the Association.
