Industrial Panel Remit

To represent the interests of BAMA member companies in all aspects of industrial and process safety. 
To monitor and provide comment on all safety and environmental regulations relating to the manufacture, distribution, and disposal of aerosol dispensers. 
To maintain and develop BAMA safety and regulatory guides relating to manufacture, distribution, and disposal of aerosol dispensers,  
To maintain and update relevant Modules of The BAMA Standard.

The scope of the Industrial Panel work includes:

• Safety Regulations – COMAH, DSEAR, COSHH, Water Bath
• Environment Permitting
• BAMA/FEA Safety Guides – electrostatics, water bath, packing for transport, storage
• BAMA Regulatory Guides -PSPI, VCE, PPC/EPR
• Process Emissions
• Waste Disposal
• Industry Accidents – manufacturing and distribution
• BAMA Standard Module 3, 6, 7 & 8

The Industrial Panel will:

• Monitor and provide industry comments and amendments to relevant safety regulations.
• Review Industrial safety incidents and make recommendations.
• Review and update existing BAMA/FEA safety and regulatory guides pertaining to Industry safety.
• Develop new BAMA guides when necessary
• Take a leading updating the BAMA Standard Modules 3, 6, 7 & 8.
