Guide to EPR

New

The UK packaging extended producer responsibility regime (pEPR) obliges, to varying degrees, companies that place packaging or packaged goods on the UK market to register, report data, assess their packaging for recyclability, and pay fees to contribute to the cost of collecting, sorting, reprocessing, and disposing of any non-recyclable household waste packaging. This Guide describes how the pEPR applies to aerosol dispensers, who is obligated, and what they will need to do to discharge their obligations.
